What does your Meta ads service include?
We plan and manage paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns for epoxy and flooring contractors. The agreed scope can include creative testing, landing pages, lead capture, follow-up workflows, and reporting. Your business handles estimates, sales, and installation; advertising spend is funded separately.
How do you qualify flooring and epoxy leads?
Before launch, we agree on what makes an inquiry relevant to your business: your service area, the flooring or coating requested, project scope, and timing. Lead forms can collect those details, and your team confirms them in the first conversation. A form submission is not a booked estimate or a guaranteed sale.
What should happen after a Facebook or Instagram lead comes in?
Assign someone to review the inquiry and make the first contact. Confirm the location, project type, approximate size, and timing, then agree on the next step, such as a site visit or estimate. Record contact attempts and the outcome so follow-up does not rely on memory. We agree on routing and follow-up responsibilities before launch.
What if leads do not reply or turn into estimates?
Keep a record of contact attempts and why inquiries do not progress—for example, outside your service area, the wrong project type, or no response. We review that feedback alongside the ads and lead forms to guide changes. Lead volume alone does not show whether a campaign is producing suitable opportunities.
How does commission-based pricing work?
We agree on a commission structure tied to eligible campaign-generated revenue. The agreement defines how revenue is attributed, what is included, and when payments are due. We review the exact terms with you before starting. Any upfront commission advance and corresponding credit are disclosed in your agreement before work starts.
Is there a monthly management retainer?
Our commission-based partnership does not include a monthly management retainer. The services and commercial terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Who pays for the advertising?
Your business funds advertising directly through its own Meta ad account. Ad spend is separate from ClearRev’s compensation. We agree on a practical budget before launch.
Do you guarantee jobs or revenue?
No. Results depend on the market, offer, budget, sales process, follow-up, and other factors. We evaluate the opportunity honestly and monitor what happens after leads come in.
Do you work with both epoxy and traditional flooring companies?
Yes. We work with concrete coating businesses as well as contractors offering services such as LVP, laminate, hardwood, and carpet.
Do we need a CRM?
We review your current process during onboarding and agree on a practical way to manage leads and track estimates, jobs, and collected payments.
Do you handle estimates and close the jobs?
Your business remains responsible for estimates, sales, installation, and customer service. ClearRev handles the marketing and follow-up services included in your agreement.
What advertising budget do we need?
The right starting Meta ads budget depends on your market, services, project economics, and capacity. We discuss those factors before recommending a starting point.
